download the documents
The documents we saved from official government websites can be downloaded in zip files by country or as one set. Each zip file includes a CSV that lists its documents with their titles, dates and official addresses. Each document can also be opened on its own from the document list.
Cloudflare, which hosts the site, accepts files of up to 25 MB, so we split the larger sets into numbered parts. Each part is a complete zip file.
| Country | Documents | Size | Zip files |

The inventory is our list of every document we found, including the documents we could not save, the unconfirmed leads, the state and national plans we kept for reference, and the places we searched without result. Its columns are the title in the original language, an English gloss, the issuing body, the date, the kind of document, whether the edition is current, the official address, the saved file name and notes on adoption and page numbers.

# read the inventory and list current plans
inv <- read.csv("https://city-anti-antisemitism-plans.pages.dev/data/inventory.csv")
plans <- subset(inv, current == "yes" & in_scope != "no" &
grepl("^(action plan|strategy)", type))

Each document is reproduced unaltered from the official website named against it in the inventory, for non-commercial research. Copyright remains with the issuing government. None of the copies is an official version of any document, and their reproduction implies no endorsement by any government. A government that prefers its documents to be linked rather than reproduced can write to ron.levi@utoronto.ca, and we will remove the copies.
