Documents

In November 2026 we collected the plans, strategies, council decisions and office mandates on antisemitism issued by cities and other local governments, as primary documents from each government's own website.

We recorded which documents each government issued and when. We did not assess the measures in them or how far any measure was carried out. A city absent from the list may still have a plan, since several council websites block automated downloads. The places we searched without result are listed under Methods.

Documents by country and kind

Counts include every edition of a renewed plan. Click a number to list those documents.
