The saved documents are available in zip files by country or as one set, and each zip includes a CSV listing its documents with their titles, dates and official addresses. Each document can also be opened on its own from the document list.

Zip files by country

Cloudflare, which hosts the site, accepts files of up to 25 MB, so the larger sets are split into numbered parts, each complete in itself.

The inventory

The inventory lists every entry, including the documents that could not be saved, the unconfirmed leads, the state and national plans kept for reference, and the places searched without result. Its columns record the title in the original language, an English gloss, the issuing body, the date, the kind of document, whether the edition is current, the official address, the saved file name and notes on adoption and page numbers.
