what the local plans propose

Proposals

Each entry names one concrete proposal in the local plans on antisemitism that we collected, such as stronger hate-crime law, security for synagogues or training for teachers, and lists the places whose plans make it. Open an entry to read each place's measures as the plan words them.

An AI agent drafted the list of proposals from all the measures in the local plans and filed each measure under one or more proposals. The agent left out measures too general to file (a heading or a broad aim). We drafted the list as a reading aid outside the codebook, and the team has not yet checked it. We left national and regional plans out of the list.
