plans, IHRA decisions and pledges on one map

The map shows local plans on antisemitism, local decisions on the IHRA definition and cities named in multi-city pledges, each as a layer that can be switched on or off, with a slider for the date.

The layers show what the corpus records, and a place without a mark may still have a plan or a decision we did not find. Pledge cities are given the date of the campaign statement, since the lists give no signing date for any city, and a summit city is shown for attending the summit. A date known only to the year is placed at 1 July of that year, and a mark with no recorded date is counted beside its layer's name but never appears on the map.
