the choices local plans make

Build your own anti-antisemitism plan

Tick what a local plan on antisemitism would contain: what kind of plan it is, its definition of antisemitism, whom the city consulted and whose research the plan cites, how it describes the problem and the answer, how it treats Israel, whether it states a sum of money, and which measures it includes. Beside each answer are the plans, among the 45 local plans on antisemitism that we collected, that gave the same answer. Press Build the plan for a draft plan document. The draft sets out each choice in turn, quotes the wording of each measure from an existing plan, and names the existing plans most and least like it. It can be printed or downloaded for Word.

The page is data-based. Every answer offered and every wording in the draft comes from a local plan that a city or other local government issued, and each cites the plan and its page.

We coded what the plans contain, and did not code whether a measure was carried out or what followed from it. The number of plans making a choice is a count of how common the choice is among these 45 plans, and is no measure of how well the choice serves. One coder, an AI agent working from the Lab's codebook, coded the features, and the team has not yet checked those codes. We filed the measures under the list of proposals described on the Proposals page.
